MINUTE ENTRY ORDER: Minute entry for INITIAL CONFERENCE before Judge Charles Eskridge by videoconference on August 23, 2023. Counsel for Plaintiff present. The Court addressed the scheduling and docket control order. Dkt 6. Counsel for Plaintiff stated that Defendants were served at some point in June 2023 but havent appeared. He also addressed Plaintiffs recent advisory filing. Dkt 12. He noted that a Central District of California court recently ordered Plaintiff to "immediately cease prosecuting all pending lawsuits in all courts" because its New Jersey corporate standing had lapsed. Counsel noted that such standing was recently rehabilitated. See id at 5. He also advised that a hearing before the California federal court regarding whether Plaintiff can resume prosecuting its lawsuits is set on September 11, 2023. It was ORDERED that Plaintiff may move for default judgment when appropriate, if given leave to go forward in the other action. Plaintiff must file a status report in thatregard if any delay will extend beyond September 29, 2023. All deadlines in the current scheduling and docketcontrol order are ABATED.
