ORDER: Within 30 days of the date of this order, Petitioner must submit either (1) a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, accompanied by a certified inmate trust fund account statement or (2) $5.00 in the form of a money order or check issued by the detention facility on the petitioner's behalf from funds found in his inmate trust fund account, with the above-referenced case number written on it, payable to the United States. The proper respondent must file an answer or other appropriate responsive pleading within 60 days of the date of service and to forward a copy of same to the petitioner. The petitioner must file a response within 30 days to any dispositive motion filed by the respondent. The petitioner's failure to file a response within thirty days may result in dismissal of this action for want of prosecution pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.(Signed by Judge George C Hanks, Jr) Parties notified.(RachelWillborg, 4)
