Because Ochoa has not included a certified copy of his inmate trust fund account statement or other documentation, his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, (Dkt. #1 ), is DENIED at this time. For this case to proceed, Ochoa must either pay the full amount of the filing fee ($402.00) or submit a properly supported motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis in compliance with 28 U.S.C. 1915(a) within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. Failure to comply within this time may result in the dismissal of this action for want of prosecution under Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure without further notice.
