MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - Because Plaintiff has failed either to plead jurisdictional facts sufficient to support general or specific jurisdiction over Defendant, and has also failed to rebut Defendant's evidence that she lacks minimum contacts with Texas needed to support this court's assertion of personal jurisdiction over her, the court concludes that Plaintiff has failed to carry his burden of establishing a prima showing of personal jurisdiction over the Defendant. For the reasons stated, in II.B, the court concludes that Plaintiff has failed to establish that Defendant is subject to personal jurisdiction in Texas. Accordingly, Defendant Elena F.
