ORDER OF DISMISSAL - Because Foster has at least three strikes, he is barred from proceeding in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g) unless he is in imminent danger of serious physical injury. Foster has not alleged facts showing that he is currently in any danger of serious physical injury. Accordingly, the court ORDERS as follows: 1. The civil action filed by Donald Foster is DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). 2. Any remaining motions are DENIED as moot. 3.
