ORDER TO STAY AND CLOSE ACTION. Jones Bey's civil rights action against the defendants, (Dkt. #1 ), is found to be premature. This action is therefore STAYED pending resolution of the criminal charges against Jones Bey in United States v. Jones Bey, et al., Crim. No. 3:21-cr-00015-8 (S.D. Tex.). This action is ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED. Jones Bey may move to reinstate this lawsuit within thirty (30) days after the entry of a final disposition in his favor in United States v.
