Mr. Price must bring with him his nebulizer, including all of its necessary parts for use; albuterol medication; budesonide medications; and his oxygen concentrator device. Mr. Price will be responsible for obtaining the equipment and medications and for obtaining refills while in BOP/RRC custody. Mr. Price will continuously wear his ankle monitor and will keep it continuously charged while he is in BOP/RRC custody. Mr. Price will respond to all RRC check-in calls and will keep RRC personnel advised if he needs to leave the house to seek medical care or medications. When Mr. Price returns to the RRC, his nebulizer, his medications, and his oxygen concentrator will be designated as "KOP" (Keep on Person). RRC staff will ensure that Mr. Price has continuous access to his equipment and medications until his discharge from BOP/RRC custody.
