ORDER TO CORRECT DEFICIENT PLEADINGS. To proceed with this case, Graham shall submit: (1) the filing fee of $405 or a properly supported motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis with a copy of his inmate trust fund account statement; and (2) a Complaint for prisoner civil actions following the forms provided. The Next Friends cannot represent Graham's interests. All motions and pleadings not signed by JOHN CARLTON GRAHAM and asserted by him (Doc. Nos. 1-5, 7-11, 13-16) are STRICKEN and have no force or effect in the case, and all pending motions (Doc. Nos. 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 13, and 14) are DENIED without prejudice to being asserted and signed by Graham after he files a complaint on his own behalf.
