ORDER re: Plaintiff G&G Closed Circuit Events, LLC, brought this action against Eyeconic Television, LLC and JaLeah Erica Davis on April 21, 2026. Dkt 1. Plaintiff served a copy of the complaint and summons on Defendants on August 6, 2026. Dkts 9 & 11. Rule 12(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure required them to answer or file an otherwise responsive pleading within twenty- one days of service.
