| Filing 9 Minute entry for SHOW CAUSE HEARING before Judge Charles Eskridge on May 8, 2026. All parties present and represented by counsel. The Court addressed compliance with the relevant subpoena from the Department of Transportation Inspector General. See Dkt 1-1 at 36 (subpoena). The Government stated that Respondent Michael King had provided some, but not all, of the documents requested in the subpoena. Noted as outstanding requests were communication and financial records. See id at 5, J, L. Respondent stated intention without objection to comply with all requests, while stating further belief that he had attempted to fully comply with the subpoena in all respects. Respondent was ORDERED to make further production necessary to comply fully with J & L of the subpoena by June 8, 2026. Respondent was further ORDERED to certify under penalty of perjury that he had fully complied fully with the requests contained in the subpoena, with such certification also to be made by the same date. The parties were ORDERED to confer on the Government providing any technical assistance, at request of Respondent, for search of electronic records, including the use of any necessary "taint team." Counsel to Respondent was ORDERED to provide written copy of this Order to Respondent and to emphasize the obligation for full and truthful compliance.
