Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Diana Song Quiroga. Scheduling Conference held on 11/9/2021. Plaintiff appeared via Zoom through counsel David Martinez, and Defendants appeared via Zoom through counsel Tamara Rodriguez. The Court held a scheduling conference. Parties have exchanged initial disclosures. In their Joint Report, the parties sought to significantly extend the joinder deadline, although at the conference they were uncertain whether such a significant extension was necessary. The parties asked for a shorter extension, and the Court agreed to extend the joinder deadline to December 10. The Court reviewed the proposed scheduling order, and agreed to enlarge deadlines accordingly. Plaintiffs clarified that while Andrew Toscano is listed as counsel of record, David Martinez is the sole counsel representing Plaintiffs in this case. Plaintiffs will correct their filings accordingly. The Court advised the parties that they should confer in good faith before filing non-dispositive motions, and notify the Court if they reach a settlement. The Court will issue a scheduling order with dates agreed upon by the parties. Appearances: Attorney David Martinez f/PLAINTIFF; Attorney Tamara Rodriguez f/DEFENDANTs.
