ORDER Granting #6 MOTION Motion for Leave to Register as a Pro Se Electronic Filer. As an initial matter, Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to Register as a Pro Se Electronic Filer, Dkt. No. 6, is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to grant Plaintiff access to the electronic filing system so that he may file motions and be notified of court activity in this case. Plaintiff is reminded that this access shall be used only to facilitate his efficient prosecution of his case; any abuse of electronic filing access may lead to loss of that privilege and other sanctions.Additionally, Plaintiff is ORDERED to serve Defendants with a summons and a copy of the Complaint by certified mail and file proof of this service by July 9, 2026. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). If Plaintiff is unable to timely effectuate service, he is ORDERED to file an advisorynotifying the Court for the reason for the delay and showing good cause for the delay by July 9,2026.
