MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. It is ORDERED that in Lead Case, Civil Action No. 6:12-cv-6, 8 Defendant's Opposed Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Brown Water Marine Service, Inc.'s Complaint for Declaratory Judgment is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that this related case, Civil Action No. 6:-12-cv-17 is STAYED and that 7 Court's Order Directing Claimants to File and Make Proof of Claims, Directing the Issuance of Monition, and Restraining Prosecution of Claims is WITHDRAWN.
