ORDER GRANTING IN PART Defendants' 16 MOTION for Summary Judgment: Jay's causes of action for fraud in the concealment, fraud in the inducement, IIED, slander of title, quiet title, and for violations of TILA and RESPA are DISMISSED W ITH PREJUDICE. ORDER that with respect to Jays remaining claims, Jay shall file a response to Defendants' motion on or before June 29, 2018.
