Plaintiffs Defense Distributed and Second Amendment Foundation seek declaratory and injunctive relief that their publication of computer-aided design and computer-numeric control files for printable guns on the Internet are protected by the First and Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, as well as the Supremacy Clause pursuant to a U.S. State Department license.
