ORDER OF ADMINISTRATIVE CLOSURE pursuant to the order in Holland v. Mayfield, 1:18-CV-747-DAE (W.D. Tex. Oct. 16, 2018), which barred Plaintiff from filing future complaints in the Western District of Texas without obtaining prior approval from a district or magistrate judge. Pursuant to the sanction, Plaintiff is not authorized to file a new action, as he has not requested or obtained leave to do so.
