ORDER OF ADMINISTRATIVE CLOSURE pursuant to the sanction order in Sepeda v. HSBC Bank, No. 1:19-CV-285-LY (W.D. Tex. Apr. 26, 2022), which barred Plaintiffs from filing any action in the Court that is related to that proceed, the plaintiffs home-equity mortgage, foreclosure, or eviction from the property at 386 Hidden Oaks Lane, Elgin, Bastrop County, Texas 78621. Pursuant to the sanction, Plaintiffs are not authorized to file this new action. Forthcoming submissions with the exception of a notice of appeal will be neither addressed nor acknowledged.
