March 6, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 510 ORDER GRANTING 423 Motion for Contempt, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that, within sixty (60) days of entry of this Order, the Pueblo Defendants shall cease all gaming operations at Speaking Rock and Socorro Entertainment Centers, as well as anywhere e lse on their lands, with the exception of Third Party-Vendor Sweepstakes as defined by this Order and the Modified Injunction.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Pueblo Defendants may submit a firm and detailed proposal setting out a sweepstakes promotion that operates in accordance with federal and Texas law. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Texas shall have thirty (30) days from the submission of any Pueblo Defendants sweepstakes proposal to submit a response, supported by citation to the legal authority . IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Texas shall submit, no later than fourteen (14) days from entry of this Order, a memorandum, supported by the affidavit of counsel, establishing the amount of reasonable attorneys fees incurred as a direct result of the Pueblo Defendants contempt. Such submission shall follow the procedures set out in Local Rule CV-7(j).IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Pueblo Defendants shall pay $16,928.64 to the State of Texas for the reasonable costs associated with the 2012, 2013, and 2014 inspections, Signed by Judge Kathleen Cardone.
