ORDER GRANTING 10 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. ROCA lacks standing to pursue its claims because, for the reasons explained above, it fails to prove that it has suffered an injury in fact. In addition to the lack of allegations regarding damages, ROCAs lack of standing also makes judgment on the pleadings proper.
