ORDER VACATING DECISION & REMANDING BACK TO SOCIAL SECURITY, that the Court has concluded that the ALJ erred in failing to fully develop the record by not requesting a medical source statement describing the types of work that Plaintiff is still capable of performing. Because these errors were not harmless, the Court will VACATE the Commissioners decision and REMAND this case for further administrative proceedings consistent with this opinion.
