Harriss section 1983 claims against Defendant Assistant District Attorney, in his or her official capacity for monetary damages, are DISMISSED FOR WANT OF JURISDICTION based on sovereign immunity. See U.S. CONST. amend. XI. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff Tommy R. Harriss remaining section 1983 claims against Defendants are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE because the claims are barred by immunity or Plaintiff Tommy R. Harris has failed to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(i)(iii), 1915A(b)(1), (2). IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that the aboveentitled cause of action is hereby CLOSED.
