ORDER GRANTING #2 IFP and DIRECTING OROSCO TO SHOW CAUSE--The Clerk of the Court ("the Clerk") is directed to mail a copy of this Order to: Bexar County Sheriff's Office. IT IS ORDERED that within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, Orosco must show cause why his Complaint (ECF No. 1) should not be dismissed pursuant to 1915(e)(2)(B)(i)(ii) and 1915A(b)(1), for failure to state a non-frivolous claim, by filing an amended complaint that cures the deficiencies noted in this Order.
