Upon completion of a summons form for each named Defendant, Lopez shall return them to the Clerk of Court so that a summons can be issued for each Defendant named in Lopezs Amended Complaint. After issuing the summonses, the Clerk of Court will forward them to Lopez for service. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Lopez shall serve each named Defendant within ninety (90) days of the date of this Order in the manner provided for by Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures.
