ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall forward two (2) summons forms to Lopez. Upon completion of a summons form for each named Defendant, Lopez shall return them to the Clerk of Court so that a summons can be issued for each Defendant named in Lopezs Amended Complaint. After issuing the summonses, the Clerk of Court will forward them to Lopez for service. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Lopez shall serve each named Defendant within ninety (90) days of the date of this Order in the manner provided for by Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures. ORDERED that within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, Lopez must show cause why the deficient 1983 claims within his Complaint (ECF No. 1) should not be dismissed based on the various grounds set out above by filing an amended complaint. Lopez's amended complaint should not exceed twenty (20) pages. Further, Lopez should present his amended claims by using the 1983 complaint form provided by the Clerk of Court.
