ORDER--IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that County shall pay the balance remaining on the filing fee by submitting $10.00 monthly installments until the entire $350.00 filing fee is satisfied by submitting a check or money order payable to the Clerk, U.S. District Court. County is advised that if she fails to comply as directed in this Order, the Court may dismiss this case for want of prosecution without further notice pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. County is further advised that she is required to pay a separate filing fee for each of her 1983 cases. County is finally advised that any documents filed must be filed in the proper case and the relevant case number must be included on the document.
