SHOW CAUSE ORDER-- IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Centenos's second Application to Proceed IFP (Dkt. No. 5) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, Centeno must show cause why his Complaint (Dkt. No. 1) should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute and failure to comply with this Court's July 17, 2023 Order by either submitting the $402.00 filing fee or another IFP application with a current six-month history of his inmate trust account attached thereto to the U.S. Clerk of Court, 262 W.
