ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE--IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, Jarmon must show cause why the deficient 1983 claims within her Complaint (ECF No. 1) should not be dismissed by filing an amended complaint. ORDER Directing Monthly Payments be made from Prison Account of Ersala Jarmon.IT IS ORDERED that Jarmon shall pay $350.00, the full filing fee, in monthlyinstallments as provided in 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1).1 Jarmon is required to make payments of twenty percent (20%) of the preceding months income credited to Jarmons institutional trust fund account until she has paid the total amount due. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Harris County Jail, which now has custody of Jarmon, shall collect this amount from Jarmons institutional trust fund account, when funds are available and as permitted by 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2), and forward it to the Clerk of Court.
