IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, Hernandez must show cause why the deficient claims should not be dismissed by filing anamended complaint curing the deficiencies set out in this Show Cause Order. Hernandezs amended complaint should not exceed twenty (20) pages. Hernandez should present his amended claims by using the 1983 complaint form provided by the Clerk of Court.
