IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff is to file a response concerning his Section 1983 claim for the violation of his rights arising under the Fourteenth Amendment Due Process Clause on or before December 22, 2017. Plaintiffs response is to concern only that claim and should be limited to 20 pages, not including the caption, signature block, any certificate, or accompanying documents. See W.D. Loc. R. CV-7(e)(3) (allowing 20 pages for responses to dispositive motions). Defendants are ordered to rep ly to Plaintiffs response, if at all, on or before January 5, 2018.
