ORDERED that Defendants are restrained from disclosing Plaintiff's membrane generation system to anyone, including but not limited to the identity of Nitrogen Services' chief supplier of membrane separation modules; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants are enjoined from making, using, selling, or offering for sale the membrane generation system developed by Nitrogen Services; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants are enjoined from delivering any membrane generation system, or Nitrogen Production Unit (NPU), to Omni Air & Nitrogen that contains any portion of the confidential design Nitrogen Services disclosed to Defendants, including but not limited to the membrane separation modules obtained from Nitrogen Services' chief supplier; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants shall not purchase nor use any separation modules obtained from Nitrogen Services' chief supplier; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk of the court shall, upon the filing by Plaintiff of the bond hereinafter required, and on approving the same according to the law, issue a temporary restraining order in conformity with the law and the terms of this order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this order shall not be effective unless and until Plaintiff executes and files with the clerk a bond, in conformity with the law and in a form satisfactory with the clerk of the court, in the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
