Text Order GRANTING #4 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis entered by Judge Jeffrey C. Manske. The Court GRANTS in forma pauperis status. Plaintiff is advised that the granting of in forma pauperis status does not prohibit a later determination that the action should be dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e), because the allegation of poverty is untrue or the action is frivolous or malicious. Plaintiff is further advised that, although leave to proceed in forma pauperis has been granted, the Court may, in its discretion, impose costs of court at the conclusion of this lawsuit, as in other cases. It is further ORDERED that, pursuant to Rule 4(c)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the United States Marshal shall serve a copy of the complaint, summons, and this Order upon each person required to be served under Rule 4(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, as directed by the Plaintiff. The Clerk's Office is directed to provide the Plaintiff with the appropriate number of summonses and marshal forms. Plaintiff is directed to complete and return the summonses and marshal forms provided by the Clerk's Office, along with a copy of the complaint for each person required to be served. Plaintiff is admonished that she must act in a timely manner and that failure to perfect service on the Defendant within the time provided in Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure shall result in dismissal of this action.
