MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER granting 50 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the foregoing reasons, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 50 ) is GRANTED. Defendants have demonstrated that ther e is no genuine dispute as to any material fact and that they are entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
