DOCKET TEXT ORDER FOR CASE TO BE REASSIGNED. On July 26, 2021, the Court issued an Order To Show Cause requiring Plaintiff, prior to August 2, 2021, to inform the Court as to the current status of the case and its intentions to proceed, if any. The Court warned that a failure to respond would result in a recommendation of dismissal to the District Court for failure to prosecute. See, #12 . As of this date, the Court has not received a response to the Order to Show Cause.
