DOCKET TEXT ORDER: On April 25, 2025, the Court ordered Plaintiff to within thirty days "SHOW CAUSE why this case should not be dismissed for failure to file the properly completed and compliant IFP motion form and Plaintiff's inmate-account statement." (ECF No. 6.) On March 24, 2025, Plaintiff had originally been ordered to file these items within thirty days. (ECF No. 5.) Plaintiff responded to the April 25 Order to Show Cause only with a motion requesting a thirty-day time extension. (ECF No. 7.) Because that extra thirty days has now passed, the motion is DENIED as moot. (Id.) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff has a FINAL thirty days in which to SHOW CAUSE why this case should not be dismissed for failure to file the properly completed and compliant IFP motion form and Plaintiff's inmate-account statement. DOCKET TEXT ORDER: On March 24, 2025, Plaintiff's incomplete or noncompliant in forma pauperis (IFP) motion was granted, conditioned upon Plaintiff filing within 30 days a properly completed and compliant IFP motion form.
