The parties move to stay this case until the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) resumes processing applications from Venezuelan citizens. Accordingly, the parties' stipulated motion is granted and this case is stayed. The parties are ordered to submit a status report providing an update on the status of this case every 60 days and a notice within 14 days of when USCIS will resume processing Venezuelan applications.
