August 28, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 366 MEMORANDUM OPINION: For the above-stated reasons, a total judgment of $21 million, consisting of $1 million in compensatory damages and $2 million in punitive damages for the three individual plaintiffs and four represented estates, wi ll be entered against defendant. The execution of the judgment will be stayed pending resolution of defendant's bankruptcy proceedings; however, the time for appeal of the Court's decision runs from the entry of the Order accompanying this Memorandum Opinion.Signed by District Judge Leonie M.
