JUDGMENT ORDER that the Court adopts as its own the findings of fact and recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, as set forth in the August 31, 2009 Report and Recommendation. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that judgment is ENTERED b y default in favor of plaintiff Bernardino Suarez Lizarzu and against all defendants, jointly and severally, in the total amount of $4,925.00. It is further ORDERED that judgment is ENTERED by default in favor of plaintiff Valeriano Barrionuevo and against all defendants, jointly and severally, in the total amount of $6,351.00.
