MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: #99962 For the reasons stated above, the federal causes of action in this case, arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1985 (causes of action one, two, and six) are transferr ed to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia; and the remaining New York State law claims are dismissed without prejudice.
