Lopez v. The Associated Press et al
Courtroom artist Patricia Ann Lopez filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against the Associated Press a/k/a AP and Getty Images, alleging that the news agency and image licensing company used and sold her copyrighted court drawings in such cases as the Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse trials, Colorado's sexual assault case against Kobe Bryant, and the Oklahoma City bombing trial of Terry Nichols.
