No. 127] is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part; and is further ORDERED that the jury's ve rdict awarding Plaintiff Muge Cody compensatory damages for emotional distress in the amount of $300,000 be, and the same hereby is, VACATED; and it is further ORDERED that the jury's verdict awarding Plaintiff Kevin Cody compensatory damages for emotional distress in the amount of $500,000 be, and the same hereby is, VACATED.
