JUDGMENT ORDER-It is hereby ORDERED that plaintiffs objections to the R&R 16 are SUSTAINED IN PART and OVERRULED IN PART. It is further ORDERED that plaintiffs motion for default judgment 11 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. It is further OR DERED that judgment is entered, pursuant to Rule 55(b)(2), Fed. R. Civ. P., against defendants Black Stone Petroleum, Inc. and FDD Realty, LLC, jointly and severally. It is further ORDERED that the R&R is adopted with the exception of (i) the issue o f plaintiffs contractual standing to enforce the contract between defendants, (ii) the issue of post judgmentinterest, and (iii) as otherwise set forth in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion.
