MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - Defendant's motion is GRANTED andPlaintiffs' fraud claims (Counts Two and Three) are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiffs may refile within twenty days from the date of this Order.
