ORDER that pltf's claims against the Department of Justice, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia or the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia are DISMISSED pursuant to 28 USC sect. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). These defts are immune from suit and pltf has identified no provision of law that waives sovereign immunity; pltf's claims against Jason Gold and Dylane Trache are DISMISSED pursuant to 28 USC sect. 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). If pltf can plausibly allege that these defts acted outside the scope of their duties and authority as bankruptcy trustees, she may amend her complaint to include such allegations and to state claims against these individuals. Any amended complaint must be filed within ten (10) days of this Order being entered. Additionally, to the extent pltf is seeking to appeal the Orders of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court she must file an appropriate notice of appeal with the Clerk of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (see Order for details).
