Civ, P. 21,41(a)(l)(A)(i), and 41(c), all claims against Third-Party Defendant Anthem Insurance Companies, Inc. in the Ten Boom's Third-Party Complaint (ECF No. 1-1 at Page l D# 23-27) are dismissed without prejudice, with each party to pay his, her, or its own costs and attorneys' fee.
