ORDER granting #3 Motion to Dismiss. Counts I and II of the complaint are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Counts III through XIII of the complaint are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. It is further ORDERED that plaintiff may, if he wishes to do so, file an amended complaint addressing Counts III through XIII of the complaint no later than 5 :00 p.m. on Monday, July 1, 2019. Failure to file an amended complaint by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 1, 2019 will result in a final dismissal of this matter and an order placing this case among the ended causes. To appeal this decision, appellant must file a written Notice of Appeal with the Clerk of this court within thirty (30) days of receipt of this Order.
