ORDER- Accordingly, It is hereby ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Dkt. #2 ) is DENIED without prejudice. If plaintiff wishes to proceed informa pauperis, then she must file an amended motion on or before May 1, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. and the amended motion must include accurate and complete financial information. It is further ORDERED that plaintiffs' complaint (Dkt. [l]) is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 19l5(e). It is further ORDERED that plaintiff shall have until May 1, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. to file an amended complaint should she choose to do so. Signed by District Judge T. S. Ellis, III on 3/23/2020.
