ORDERED that plaintiff SHALL supplement her application to proceed in forma pauperis with the information discussed above on or before Friday, August 7, 2020. Plaintiff may submit this information as a supplement and need not file an additional motion, as her motion has been granted. ORDERED that, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(d), the Clerk of the Court shall prepare a summons and initiate service of the Complaint and Summons on the defendant. If the defendant will not waive service of process, the United States Marshals Service is directed to serve the defendant with all due haste. ORDERED that, upon service of the Complaint and Summons, the parties are DIRECTED to comply with the following schedule: 1.
