MINUTE ORDER. Upon consideration of #9 Defendants' Motion to Transfer Venue and Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Complaint, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. This case is brought by a resident of Alexandria, Virginia, challenging a decision issued in Fairfax, Virginia by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. It has no meaningful connection to the District of Columbia, and transfer is proper under 28 U.S.C. 1404(a). The Clerk is directed to TRANSFER this matter to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
