ORDER that the Clerk shall issue a summons in garnishment to Capital One NA at 1680 Capital One Drive, McLean, VA 22102 ("the garnishee") to garnish any tangible or intangible property or any other funds belonging to, due, or being transferred to, from, or for the benefit of Duron LLC, including, but not limited to, such property as may be held, received, or transferred in Defendant's name, up to the amount sought in Kondot S.A.'s verified complaint ($1,694,880.95); the Clerk shall issue further supplementary writs of maritime attachment and garnishment in support of the Plaintiffs request as sought and required upon approval by the Court; that any person claiming an interest in the property attached pursuant to this Order and the warrant of maritime attachment, upon application to the Court and notice to the Plaintif or its attorney be entitled Lo a prompt hearing at which relief from the attachment may be sought pursuant to Supplemental Admiralty Rule E(4)(t); pursuant Lo Supplemental Admiralty Rule B(l)(d)(ii)(C) that Edward Powers or any other agent of Vandeventer Black LLP be appointed to serve all process for this maritime action including but not limited to the Summons and Process of Maritime Attachment and Garnishment, the Verified Complaint, and Interrogatories to garnishee; a copy of this Order be attached to and served with the warrant of maritime attachment to the garnishee.
