April 21, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 22 ORDER - On April 8,2021 the parties filed a provisional discovery plan. (Docket no. 17). In that provisional discovery plan counsel for defendants indicated that five cases were set for trial in this District in support of the request for additional time to conduct discovery and prepare fortrial. Id. at 5. A review of the docket sheets in at least two of the five cases cited by defendants reveals that prior to the filing of the provisional discovery plan those cases had either been settled or had been dismissed. At the initial pretrial conference on April 23, 2021 counsel fordefendants should be prepared to address the status of each of the five cases cited in the provisional discovery plan and explain the basis for citing those cases to the court.
