ORDER: The parties have submitted a Joint Motion to Extend Pre-Trial Deadlines in which they seek a continuance of the August 19, 2021 final pretrial conference on the sole ground that plaintiffs attorneys will be in a trial before another judge in this Courthouse. Because final pretrial conferences normally do not exceed 10 minutes and the trial judge's practice is to start his trials at 10:00 am, any conflict can be resolved by rescheduling the final pretrial conference to 9:00 am rather than 10:00 am on Thursday, August 19, 2021.
